Twenty years after the mediocre Focus With Proby, and seventeen after meeting Akkerman and Van Leer , resurgent Focus from its ashes in a surprising way Focus 8 (although we never Akkerman in their ranks, who was replaced by Jan Dume ). It is a good attempt to return to the roots, alternating with its unmistakable character symphonic jazz rhythms.
certainly a pleasant surprise for those who no longer knew what to expect from Focus after so long.
